1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

2 Acceptance of Terms

3 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on mnl68, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be a natural person — corporate or entity registrations are not permitted.

mnl68 reserves the right to request documentary proof of any eligibility requirement at any time, including during the KYC verification process. Each player is permitted to maintain one (1) registered account on the mnl68 platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms.

4 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mnl68 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized such activity. mnl68 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the mnl68 platform are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). mnl68 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, USDT, and Bitcoin, subject to minimum and maximum limits displayed at the time of transaction.

mnl68 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — funds must originate from payment accounts registered in the player's own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to another person will be reversed and may result in account suspension.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

mnl68 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time the offer is made.

General bonus terms applicable across all mnl68 promotions include:

• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mnl68 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register if you are under 21 years of age.
• Creating multiple accounts or assisting others to do so.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to exploit games or betting markets.
• Exploiting technical errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature for financial gain.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing mnl68 customer support staff or other players via any communication channel.

9 Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the mnl68 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, reverse-engineer, publish, distribute, or exploit any mnl68 content for any commercial purpose.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, mnl68 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: lost profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or damages arising from game outcomes, service interruptions, or unauthorized account access.

mnl68's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your mnl68 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits mnl68's liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12 Amendments to These Terms

mnl68 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, mnl68 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when these Terms were most recently revised. Your continued use of the mnl68 platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure via customer support.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact mnl68 customer support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. mnl68 will make reasonable efforts to address your concern within 10 business days of receipt of a written complaint submitted to our contact email.
